There is an eleven-year-old girl that is going to be institutionalized and brainwashed into being a boy. See, there are some people that believe little girl should be a boy because it upholds their moral beliefs. I’m going to tell you a story. There is no feeling worse than denial. And these people want to take this little girl and make her deny the fact that she is a girl. She will be forced to believe and act as though she is a boy, and will never see her mother again when she is released. I happen to know what it feels like to be in denial and I know what it’s like to be locked up… I’m going to tell you what it’s like.

It’s hard to breathe, but you’re panting half to death. Your hands don’t stop shaking. You can’t open your eyes for hours at a time. It’s dead silent and you’re alone. There are cages on the window, you can’t even see the world outside. You grasp onto the sounds that drift by, the sound of a car passing by makes you want to claw through the wall, just to see it. There is cold sweat drenching your clothes. You hallucinate things, and you know it. You know that window you just saw wasn’t really there. That guts you from the inside out. You have to wait while these suits you never see decide whether or not you’re ready to get out. Then you have these horrifying nightmares. You are SCREAMING ON THE INSIDE, behind layers and layers of steel and brick. Completely and utterly helpless. Someone please help. Please help me. Why am I here? What’s wrong with me? Please. Please Please. Why? Breathe. Breathe breathe breathe breathe! Stop it! Help me!

That was the first day I spent in a mental ward. I can’t even talk about the other days I spent there. I willingly admitted myself into it because of anxiety issues and panic attacks. Family even visited me, and I still felt like that. That’s what it was like, WILLINGLY. I can’t even begin to imagine what it will be like for that little girl, who is being forced into it and will never see her family again.

So sign this petition. Help save that little girl’s life.

People are saying it’s about gay rights and transgender rights, but it really isn’t. It’s about a little girl who is going to be tortured into being something she isn’t.

TENNESSEE: Christianists Push Bill To Legalize Bullying Based On Religion

Here we go again, just like we saw in Michigan. Tennessee’s WSMV reports on a new bill that is a “top priority” of the Family Action Council.

A proposal by some state lawmakers is already under fire, even before the legislative session begins. They’re considering making a change in the law to allow students to speak out against homosexuality, if that’s what their religious beliefs call for. Supporters have said this is about protecting the free-speech rights of students who want to express their views on homosexuality. But gay rights groups are calling the idea a “license to bully.” Kelly Fussman is the founder of the No Hate Club at Hendersonville High School.

She says she sees examples of bullying every single day. “I’ve had a lot of friends bullied for just being who they are, whether it’s for their sexuality, their gender identity, their religion,” she said. Fussman says she is worried about the bill in the legislature that she believes could make the verbal abuse worse. The proposal would alter the state’s anti-bullying laws to allow students to speak their religious and political views against homosexuality without punishment as long as the student isn’t threatening harm or damaging property.

So, what these knuckle draggers are basically saying, is that expressing your “opinion” about your religion is more important than the quality of life for homosexual students.

That expressing their hatred and bigotry is more important than other people’s emotional well being and safety.

That’s completely fucked. 

What if it was part of a religion to punch old ladies in the face? Really, what if that was in the bible, would we say “fuck the old ladies, god says to punch old ladies in the face.”

This is total bullshit.

This is my state, this is where I went to highschool. Every. Single. Fucking. Day. I got called a dyke and a butch and everything BY CHRISTIANS just because my friends were gay and I wasn’t exactly feminine. Even when I had boyfriends I got it. And now they are making it okay? Really? Fuck this, seriously.

Well if that is the case, then homosexual students should be allowed to verbalize their distaste with the religious beliefs of the bullies as well. Reading about this has greatly disgusted me. If this is allowed, it isn’t promoting free speech, it’s killing even more of what little free speech is left in this decaying populace. Good people are able to believe what they believe and accept what others believe as well without vocalizing their opinion. If you do not approve of something, then that’s all you have to do. Not approve of it. The students they are attempting to give more “rights” to are the ones that will abuse them. I will never understand why the United States believes that free speech needs to be protected when it is already a corpse. There is no freedom of speech, only freedom of opinion. And that is because cruel people, like the ones mentioned here wishing to allow bullying over foolish and pointless reasons have murdered it under the guise of protecting it. Quite simply? You psychotic bastards want to allow students to be able to speak their hurtful, cold, cruel opinions outward and beat the confidence out of homosexual students. Not all of them are able to handle bullying and cruelty, you know. Well, I guess you don’t know.
